Mold Remediation Project

This 22,000 sq ft vacant structure sustained 3 major pipe freeze breaks in the winter placing 8" of standing water in the structure.

A local restoration company was hired by the property owner to dry the building from the water damage. Five months after the drying project was done the property owner contacted Water Out due to extensive contamination found in the structure. After reviewing the loss it was determined that the structure was either not dried properly by the other restoration company or the indoor air humidity was not kept under control. After working with the client and a Certified Indoor Air Quality company a remediation process was put in place. This project included removal of affected materials, cleaning and decontaminating the entire structure including from floors, walls and ceilings. The project was completed in 28 days. The first clearance testing was performed and the test results Water Out delivered were the cleanest test results the Indoor Air Quality Company had ever seen. With a proper plan, experience and expertise this project was completed one week ahead of schedule and within budget. Water Out delivered a satisfied client!
